Leveraging extensive experience in workforce development, career services, and higher education, the organization offers college and career prep programming that benefits students pursuing pathways to college, university, community college, trade school, or entering the workforce. Additionally, parents have the option to participate in select programs, fostering a supportive environment for student success.
Cross Ivy Bridges (CIB) was founded from a desire to help students make a smooth transition from high school to college. After numerous discussions with employer representatives about skill gaps in college graduate new hires, a passion for informing and equipping young adults with necessary soft skills was developed.
Cross Ivy Bridges and its first workshop launched in the summer of 2025! Both, the organization and the initial workshop were in response to a need, and requests from parents seeking assistance in preparing their high school seniors for life after graduation.
